CHAP. 1435.— An Act Granting a pension to Rachel Tyson. April 22, 1904.[[H. R. 5406](/us/bill/58/hr/5406).][[Private, No. 1288](/us/pvtl/58/1288).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theRachel Tyson.Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Rachel Tyson, widow of Jacob Tyson, alias Jacob Stafford, late of Captain William Jones’s company, North Carolina Volunteer Infantry, Cherokee Indian disturbances, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month.
