CHAP. 1429.— An Act Granting a pension to Mary Dewire. April 22, 1904.[[H. R. 2194](/us/bill/58/hr/2194).][[Private, No. 1282](/us/pvtl/58/1282).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theMary Dewire.Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension1581 laws, the name of Mary De wire, widow of, John Dewire, late of Company I, Second Regiment Nebraska Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, April 22, 1904.
