CHAP. 14.— An Act Granting a pension to Annie M. Eopolucci. December 19, 1904.[[S. 5263](/us/bill/58/s/5263).][[Private, No. 14](/us/pvtl/58/14).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Annie M. Eopolucci.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Annie M.
Eopolucci, widow of Samuel Eopolucci, ate first-class musician, United States Marine Corps, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month, with two dollars per month additional on account of each of the minor children of said Samuel Eopolucci, until they reach the age of sixteen years. Approved, December 19, 1904.
