CHAP. 14.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Elizabeth McClaren. January 23, 1904.[[S. 172](/us/bill/58/s/172).][[Private, No. 7](/us/pvtl/58/7).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Elizabeth McClaren.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elizabeth McClaren, widow of Janies McClaren, late of Company F, Thirty-fifth Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per *Proviso.*Increase to cease on death of child.month in lieu of that she is now receiving: *Provided*, That in the event of the death of Mary Elizabeth McClaren, helpless and dependent child of said James McClaren, the additional pension herein granted shall cease and determine.
