CHAP. 1399.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Levi L. Martz. March 2, 1905.[[H. R. 15337](/us/bill/58/hr/15337).][[Private, No. 1265](/us/pvtl/58/1265).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theLevi L. Martz.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Levi L.
Martz, late of Company A, and quartermaster sergeant, Thirty-fourth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, March 2, 1905.
