CHAP. 1390.— An Act Granting a pension to Annie M. Powell. April 16, 1904.[[H. R. 12460](/us/bill/58/hr/12460).][[Private, No. 1275](/us/pvtl/58/1275).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theAnnie M. Powell.Pension. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Annie M. Powell, widow of James Powell, late captain, Twenty-seventh Regiment United States Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month. Approved, April 16, 1904.
