CHAP. 1386.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Robert T. Porter. March 2, 1905.[[H. R. 14925](/us/bill/58/hr/14925).][[Private, No. 1252](/us/pvtl/58/1252).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Robert T. Porter.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the 2001pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Robert T.
Porter, late of Company D, One hundred and twenty-sixth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of forty dollars per month in ljeu of that he is now receiving. Approved, March 2, 1905.
