CHAP. 1377.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Frank Loveley. March 2, 1905.[[H. R. 14395](/us/bill/58/hr/14395).][[Private, No. 1243](/us/pvtl/58/1243).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Frank Loveley.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the 1999pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Frank Loveley, late of Company K, Fifty-ninth Regiment Massachusetts Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
