CHAP. 1373.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Angeline P. Root. April 16, 1904.[[S. 4815](/us/bill/58/s/4815).][[Private, No. 1258](/us/pvtl/58/1258).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theAngeline P. Root.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Angeline P.
Root, widow of Richard Root, late major, Eighth Regiment Iowa Volunteer Cavalry, and colonel One hundred and thirty sixth Regiment United States Colored Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, April 16, 1904.
