CHAP. 1372.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Phebe Sibley. April 16, 1904.[[S. 4811](/us/bill/58/s/4811).][[Private, No. 1257](/us/pvtl/58/1257).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of thePhebe Sibley.Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Phebe Sibley, widow of William Henson Sibley, late of Kenley’s battalion, Maryland and District of Columbia Volunteers, war with Mexico, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
