CHAP. 1365.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Hiram Imus. April 16, 1904.[[S. 4602](/us/bill/58/s/4602).][[Private, No. 1250](/us/pvtl/58/1250).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theHiram Imus.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Hiram Imus, late of Company M, Third Regiment Iowa Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
