CHAP. 1361.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Joshua McCormick. April 16, 1904.[[S. 4364](/us/bill/58/s/4364).][[Private, No. 1246](/us/pvtl/58/1246).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theJoshua McCormick.Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension1573 laws, the name of Joshua McCormick, late of Company A, Ninetieth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving, payable to his duly constituted guardian.
