CHAP. 1358.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Mary Gilroy. April 16, 1904.[[S. 4249](/us/bill/58/s/4249).][[Private, No. 1243](/us/pvtl/58/1243).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theMary Gilroy.Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary Gilroy, widow of Edward Gilroy, late of Battery B, New Jersey Volunteer Light Artillery, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
