CHAP. 1352.— An Act Granting a pension to Cynthia Speaks. April 16, 1904.[[S. 3986](/us/bill/58/s/3986).][[Private, No. 1237](/us/pvtl/58/1237).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theCynthia Speaks.Pension. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1571 laws, the name of Cynthia Speaks, widow of George Speaks, late of Company F, Fifth Regiment United States Colored Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, April 16, 1904.
