CHAP. 1351.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Osmer S. Deming. April 16, 1904.[[S. 3867](/us/bill/58/s/3867).][[Private, No. 1236](/us/pvtl/58/1236).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theOsmer S. Deming.Pension increased. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Osmer S.
Deming, late gunner’s mate, United States steamships Grampus and Victory, United States Navy, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, April 16, 1904.
