CHAP. 1335.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to David Inches. April 16, 1904.[[S. 2252](/us/bill/58/s/2252).][[Private, No. 1220](/us/pvtl/58/1220).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House ofRepresentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the David Inches.Pension increased.pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of David Inches, late of Company C, Forty-fourth Regiment Iowa Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, April 16, 1904.
