CHAP. 1323.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Bushnell B. Loomis. April 16, 1904.[[S. 329](/us/bill/58/s/329).][[Private, No. 1208](/us/pvtl/58/1208).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House ofRepresentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Bushnell B. Loomis.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Bushnell B.
Loomis, late of Company D, Twelfth Regiment Kansas Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, April 16, 1904.
