CHAP. 1320.— An Act Granting a pension to Alvin Rine. April 16, 1904.[[S. 94](/us/bill/58/s/94).][[Private, No. 1205](/us/pvtl/58/1205).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the Alvin Rine.Pension.pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1564laws, the name of Alvin Rine, late of Company H, Osage County, Missouri, Home Guards, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 16, 1904.
