CHAP. 1316.— An Act For the relief of the heirs of John A. Dolan. April 15, 1904.[[H. R. 2010](/us/bill/58/hr/2010).][[Private, No. 1201](/us/pvtl/58/1201).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, John A. Dolan.Payment to heirs of. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to the heirs or legal representatives of John A. Dolan, late corporal. Company C, Thirty-seventh Regiment United States Volunteer Infantry, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of two hundred and sixty-nine dollars and seventy-six cents, the amount which would have been due said Dolan for pay, commutation of rations, and clothing in the above service from the date of his capture by the Philippine insurgents to the date of his death in their hands.
