CHAP. 1310.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Lewis Sawyer. April 13, 1904.[[H. R. 13117](/us/bill/58/hr/13117).][[Private, No. 1197](/us/pvtl/58/1197).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the Lewis Sawyer.Pension increased.pension roll, subject’ to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1562laws, the name of Lewis Sawyer, late of Company H.
Forty-fifth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty-six dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, April 13, 1904.
