CHAP. 1307.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Eva H. Wingate. April 13, 1904.[[H. R. 12624](/us/bill/58/hr/12624).][[Private, No. 1194](/us/pvtl/58/1194).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the Eva H. Wingate.Pension increased.pension roll, subject to the provisions 'and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Eva H.
Wingate, widow of George E. Wingate, late commander, United States Navy, and pay her a pension at the rate of thirty-five dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, April 13, 1904.
