CHAP. 13.— An Act Granting a pension to Ethel Talley. December 19, 1904.[[S. 5184](/us/bill/58/s/5184).][[Private, No. 13](/us/pvtl/58/13).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Ethel Talley.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Ethel Talley, helpless and dependent child of William C. Talley, late colonel Thirtieth Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, December 19, 1904.
