CHAP. 1295.— An Act Establishing that portion of the boundary line between the State of South Dakota and the State of Nebraska south of Union County, South Dakota. March 1, 1905. [[S. 7117](/us/bill/58/s/7117).] [[Public, No. 116](/us/pl/58/116).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, South Dakota and Nebraska.Establishment of part of boundary line between, approved. That the portion of the boundary line between the State of South Dakota and the State of Nebraska lying and being south of Union County, South Dakota, shall 821be in the middle of the main channel of the Missouri River as now existing, and the compact between said States establishing said boundary line is hereby approved.
