CHAP. 1291.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Josephine E. Bard. February 28, 1905.[[S. 7227](/us/bill/58/s/7227).][[Private, No. 1178](/us/pvtl/58/1178).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theJosephine E. Bard.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Josephine E.
Bard, widow of Robert W. Bard, late major Ninety-fifth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty-five dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, February 28, 1905.
