CHAP. 1288.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Henry Herkes. April 13, 1904.[[H. R. 8283](/us/bill/58/hr/8283).][[Private, No. 1175](/us/pvtl/58/1175).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Henry Herkes.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions’ and limitations of the pension 1557laws, the name of Henry Herkes, late of Company E, Fifth Regiment Iowa Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
