CHAP. 1285.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Stephen L. Richardson. April 13, 1904.[[H. R. 8095](/us/bill/58/hr/8095).][[Private, No. 1172](/us/pvtl/58/1172).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Stephen L. Richardson.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Stephen L.
Richardson, late of Company B, Ninth Regiment Kentucky Volunteer Cavalry, and Company A, Thirtieth Regiment Kentucky Volunteer Mounted Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, April 13, 1904.
