CHAP. 1282.— An Act Granting a pension to Susan Hayman. February 28, 1905.[[S. 7076](/us/bill/58/s/7076).][[Private, No. 1169](/us/pvtl/58/1169).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theSusan Hayman.Pension. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Susan Hayman, widow of Nathan L.
Hayman, late of Company C, Third Regiment United States Volunteer Infantry, war with Spain, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month and two dollars per month additional on account of each of the minor children of said Nathan L. Hayman until they reach the age of sixteen years. Approved, February 28, 1905.
