CHAP. 1279.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Simeon Billings. April 13, 1904.[[H. R. 6973](/us/bill/58/hr/6973).][[Private, No. 1166](/us/pvtl/58/1166).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Simeon Billings.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1555laws, the name of Simeon Billings, late of Company D, One hundred and fifth Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
