CHAP. 1270.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Marcel Gagnon. April 13, 1904.[[H. R. 5953](/us/bill/58/hr/5953).][[Private, No. 1157](/us/pvtl/58/1157).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Marcel Gagnon.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1553laws, the name of Marcel Gagnon, late of Company A, Hatch’s independent battalion, Minnesota Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
