CHAP. 1268.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Mary Irene Rosenthal. April 13, 1904.[[H. R. 5588](/us/bill/58/hr/5588).][[Private, No. 1155](/us/pvtl/58/1155).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Mary Irene Rosenthal.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary Irene Rosenthal, widow of Levi Rosenthal, late of Company F, Sixty-ninth Regiment New York National Guard Volunteer I leavy Artillery, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
