CHAP. 1265.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Phillip Whyrich. April 13, 1904.[[H. R. 5681](/us/bill/58/hr/5681).][[Private, No. 1152](/us/pvtl/58/1152).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the Phillip Whyrich.Pension increased.pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Phillip Whyrich, late of Company G, Twenty-eighth Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and Company I, One hundred and eighty-first Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
