CHAP. 1263.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Julia M. Oakley. April 13, 1904.[[H. R. 5261](/us/bill/58/hr/5261).][[Private, No. 1150](/us/pvtl/58/1150).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the Julia M. Oakley.Pension increased.pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Julia M.
Oakley, widow of Jacob K. R. Oakley, late first lieutenant and adjutant, Ninety-eighth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of fifteen dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, April 13, 1904.
