CHAP. 1252.— An Act To amend section forty-six hundred and seven of the Revised Statutes, relating to soliciting seamen as lodgers. April 13, 1904. [[S. 2261](/us/bill/58/s/2261).] [[Public, No. 110](/us/pl/58/110).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Merchant seamen. Penalty for soliciting seamen as lodgers. [R. S. sec. 4607, p. 893, amended](/us/rs/s4607/p893). Limited to foreign trade. That section forty-six hundred and seven is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
" “This section shall apply to vessels of the United States engaged in the foreign trade and to foreign vessels.” " Sec. 2. Effect. That this Act shall take effect one month after its passage. Approved, April 13, 1904.
