CHAP. 1251.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Jacob Ormerod. February 28, 1905.[[S. 6706](/us/bill/58/s/6706).][[Private, No. 1138](/us/pvtl/58/1138).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Jacob Ormerod.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1975 laws, the name of Jacob Ormerod, late of Company K.
Thirteenth Regiment New Hampshire Volunteer Infantry, and captain Company K, Forty-fifth Regiment United States Colored Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 28, 1905.
