CHAP. 1250.— An Act Granting a pension to Charles B. Spencer. February 28, 1905.[[S. 6701](/us/bill/58/s/6701).][[Private, No. 1137](/us/pvtl/58/1137).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Charles B. Spencer.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Charles B. Spencer, late acting second assistant engineer, United States Navy, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month. Approved, February 28, 1905.
