CHAP. 1245.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Edwin R. Kennedy. February 28, 1905.[[S. 6661](/us/bill/58/s/6661).][[Private, No. 1132](/us/pvtl/58/1132).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theEdwin R. Kenned.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Edwin R.
Kennedy, late of Company H, Ninth Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and Company D, First Regiment United States Veteran Volunteer Engineers, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 28, 1905.
