CHAP. 1244.— An Act Granting a pension to Esther J. Lee. April 11, 1904.[[H. R. 13042](/us/bill/58/hr/13042).][[Private, No. 1142](/us/pvtl/58/1142).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the Esther J. Lee.Pension.pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Esther J. Lee, widow of Thomas A. Lee, late of Company E, Eighth Regiment Tennessee Volunteer Cavalry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 11, 1904.
