CHAP. 1235.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Lavalie C. O’Barr. April 11, 1904.[[H. R. 12102](/us/bill/58/hr/12102).][[Private, No. 1133](/us/pvtl/58/1133).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the Lavalle C. O’Barr.Pension increased.pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Lavalle C.
O’Barr, late of Company G, Third Regiment Arkansas Volunteer Cavalry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, April 11, 1904.
