CHAP. 1233.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Reuben Griffith Porter. April 11, 1904.[[H. R. 11169](/us/bill/58/hr/11169).][[Private, No. 1131](/us/pvtl/58/1131).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the Reuben Griffith Porter.Pension increased.pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Reuben Griffith Porter, late captain and commissary of subsistence, United States Volunteers, and pay him a pension at the rate of forty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
