CHAP. 1230.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Terence J. Tully, alias James Fox. February 28, 1905.[[S. 6443](/us/bill/58/s/6443).][[Private, No. 1117](/us/pvtl/58/1117).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Terence J. Tully, alias James Fox.Pension increased.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Terence J.
Tully, alias James Fox, late of Company A, Thirteenth Regiment Vermont Volunteer Infantry, and lands-man, United States steamship Wyandotte, United States Navy, and pay him a pension at the rate of thirty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 28, 1905.
