CHAP. 123 An Act Granting an increase of pension to Hannah Padgett, now Riley. February 3, 1904.[[H. R. 3821](/us/bill/58/hr/3821).][[Private, No. 110](/us/pvtl/58/110).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theHannah Padgett, now Riley.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Hannah Padgett, now Riley, blind and dependent mother of Jacob M.
Padgett, late of Company F, Twenty-second Regiment Indiana Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving. Approved, February 3, 1904.
