CHAP. 1229.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Mary Dougherty. April 11, 1904.[[H. R. 10941](/us/bill/58/hr/10941).][[Private, No. 1127](/us/pvtl/58/1127).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Mary Dougherty.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Mary Dougherty, widow of Stephen Dougherty, late of Company K, Sixty-second Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
