CHAP. 1226.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Elizabeth De Baugh. April 11, 1904.[[H. R. 10841](/us/bill/58/hr/10841).][[Private, No. 1124](/us/pvtl/58/1124).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the Elizabeth De Baugh.Pension increased.pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elizabeth De Baugh, widow of Adam De Baugh, late of Company A, One hundred and twenty-third Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving.
