CHAP. 122.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Juliaetta Rowling. February 3, 1904.[[H. R. 3778](/us/bill/58/hr/3778).][[Private, No. 109](/us/pvtl/58/109).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theJuliaetta Rowling.Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Juliaetta Rowling, widow of Charles J.
Rowling, late of Company C, Thirty-seventh Regiment Illinois Volunteer Infantry, and pay her a pension at the rate of twenty dollars per month in lieu of that she is now receiving, and two dollars per month additional on account of each of the minor children of said soldier until they reach the age of sixteen years: *Provided*, *however*, That in the event of*Proviso.*Increase to cease on death of child. the death of the helpless child, George Rowling, on whose account the pension of Juliaetta Rowling is increased, the pension of said Juliaetta Rowling shall continue only at the rate of eight dollars per month from and after the date of death of said helpless child.
