CHAP. 1214.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Reuben Nightingale. April 11, 1904.[[H. R. 9697](/us/bill/58/hr/9697).][[Private, No. 1112](/us/pvtl/58/1112).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Reuben Nightingale.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1543laws, the name of Reuben Nightingale, late of Company E, Thirty-fifth Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of fifty dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
