CHAP. 1211.— An Act Granting a pension to Elizabeth Davison. April 11, 1904.[[H. R. 9079](/us/bill/58/hr/9079).][[Private, No. 1109](/us/pvtl/58/1109).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Elizabeth Davison.Pension. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elizabeth Davison, helpless and dependent child of James Davison, late unassigned, Third Regiment Pennsylvania Volunteer Heavy Artillery, and pay her a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month.
