CHAP. 1207.— An Act Granting a pension to Robert Leach. April 11, 1904.[[H. R. 7772](/us/bill/58/hr/7772).][[Private, No. 1105](/us/pvtl/58/1105).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Robert Leach.Pension.Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Robert Leach, late of Second Independent Battery, Ohio National Guard Light Artillery, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month. Approved, April 11, 1904.
