CHAP. 120.— An Act Granting an increase of pension to Marcus E. Amsden. February 3, 1904.[[H. R. 3472](/us/bill/58/hr/3472).][[Private, No. 107](/us/pvtl/58/107).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Marcus E. Amsden.Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the 1319pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Marcus E.
Amsden, late of the United States steam-ships Minnesota and Mercedita, United States Navy, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 3, 1904.
