CHAP. 1199.— AN ACT Granting an increase of pension to John Leary. February 28, 1905.[[S. 5405](/us/bill/58/s/5405).][[Private, No. 1086](/us/pvtl/58/1086).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on theJohn Leary. Pension increased. pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of John Leary, late of Company D, Seventeenth Regiment United States Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twelve dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving. Approved, February 28, 1905.
