CHAP. 1197.— AN ACT Granting an increase of pension to William Klingensmith. February 28, 1905.[[S. 5321](/us/bill/58/s/5321).][[Private, No. 1084](/us/pvtl/58/1084).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House ofRepresentatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, William Klingensmith. Pension increased. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension 1963laws, the name of William Klingensmith, late of Company K, One hundred and eighty-seventh Regiment Ohio Volunteer Infantry, and pay him a pension at the rate of twenty-four dollars per month in lieu of that he is now receiving.
